Dr. Janice Leonard

Dr. Janice Leonard founded CIA Life Management in 1990 when she saw that gang violence was on the rise in the community. With a genuine passion for helping children navigate the challenges of their young lives, Dr. Leonard has become a pillar of support for countless families over the years and treating a wide range of mental health conditions commonly experienced during childhood. After covid Dr. Leonard noticed that many children were suffering from Mental challenges the company became. Life Management which provides a full array of wrap-around mental health services to children that don’t have health insurance and they provide Pro-bono services. Life Management with an emphasis on child sex trafficking, generational Incarcerations and the high suicide rate among the LGBTQ youth. Outside of her clinical work, she actively participates in community outreach programs, and is an avid “Jazzaholic’, and has a passion for traveling around the world.

Lanease D. Fuller

With over 28 years of legal experience Attorney Lanease D. Fuller has built a reputation as a trusted and skilled advocate for her clients across Texas. Throughout her career she has successfully handled hundreds of cases in areas _ including Harlingen, Fort Worth, Dallas, Anahuac, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County and Harris County.
At the helm of her law firm, located in Houston, Texas, Attorney Fuller upholds the core values of Professionalism, Competency, and Integrity in every case she takes on. Her expertise spans multiple legal disciplines, ensuring that each client receives top-tier representation tailored to their unique needs.
Beyond her legal practice, Attorney Fuller is a passionate advocate for her community. She has been actively involved in numerous mentorship programs, prison ministries and charitable initiatives, consistently giving back to those in need. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Jack and Jill of America, on the board of Life Management Center, an organization that focus on mental health and transitional living.
An avid traveler, Attorney Fuller embraces the opportunity to explore the world, having recently visited Ghana, Dubai, Greece and Thailand. When she is not in the courtroom, she enjoys immersing herself in new cultures and experiences.
Attorney Fuller is a proud graduate of Jackson State University, where she earned a 8.5. in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. A mother of two adult children and a proud grandmother, she cherishes family and community as the foundation of her success.

Dr: D. Tyler Brown is a respected leader, consultant, and trailblazer whose passion for empowerment, ministry, and nonprofit development has shaped her into a pillar of both business excellence and community service. With a remarkable educational background, Dr: Brown’s journey began as an honor graduate of Morehouse High School in Bastrop, Louisiana, followed by degrees from The University of Louisiana Monroe and Southwestern Paralegal Institute.
Her lifelong commitment to learning led her to South Houston Bible Institute, ELST School of Ministry and Mentoring Academy, Sure Foundation Theological Institute, FullGospel Bible College and Theological Seminary, and Christian Bible Institute and Seminary. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to ministry and education, Dr. Brown holds an honorary Doctorate In Divinity and a Doctorate of Arts in Theology.
With over 25 years of experience In the Employee Benefits field and more than 20 years In ministry, Dr. Brown has combined her business acumen with her spiritual calling, creating a legacy that bridges corporate leadership with community impacL As the founder and CEO of International Women’s Alliance Ministries, she works tirelessly to empower women globally. Through her business, D. Tyler Brown Enterprises & Nonprofit Consultant, LLC, she guides nonprofits and small businesses through strategic planning, proposal writing, grant preparation, and organizational development- helping countless organizations thrive.
Her dedication to uplifting others has connected her to numerous professional and service organizations, including Multicultural Women’s Council, WomenNPower International Ministries Network, Professional Black Women’s Enterprises, National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment, Houston Black Public Relations Society. Women Wealth Builders, Black Writers Alliance, Christian Women in Media, Christian Poets, American Christian Writers Association, and Inspirational Writers Alive!. She also lends her expertise Internationally, supporting Doctor Jesus Omega Power Ministries In Nigeria and serving as an advisor to Houston House of Prayer and Evangelism.
Her impact and leadership have been widely recognized. Dr. Brown has been featured several times In Who’s Who in Black Houston, most recently as one of Houston’s Most Influential Leaders. She is a former member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a current member of the Grant Professional Association, and actively involved with Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and The Worldwide Women’s Association. Whether serving in ministry, mentoring nonprofit leaders, or helping organizations secure funding to fulfill their missions, Dr. D.
